We will ship it by Fedex Or UPS Ground , Which will take about 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on destination address.
Shipping and Handling fee of Lock
We will ship to US and Canada. You can calculate shipping fee after click Add to Cart button. We offer ground, 2-3 days and overnight shipping. Canada order: Buyer is responsible for Customs Duty. International order, Please contact us to ask for shipping and handling charge. Note: Fedex & UPS ground only ship to physical address in US 48 states. No P.O box !!!! All of free shipping items are only for US inland 48 states by ground. If damaged or defective, Please email us with item# at info@lockchoice.com immediately to advise that the item was refused and will be returned to shipper. We will issue RMA#, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box, Merchandise without a (RMA) will be refused, RMA#s are valid for (10) days from date of issuance. After testing We will then send a new one.
Note: We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise returned to us.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition box and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns.

We will ship it immediately after money order or cashier checks has been cleared. We will tell you tracking number at shipping date by E-mail.
Return & Exchange Policy:
1. LockChoice will accept items returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. We will charge 15% restocking fee, less shipping fee.
3. No refund allowed after the 30 days. Only repair or replacement is acceptable from the date of purchase . Note: All Hotel card lock order can not be canceled and return for refund after paid .
4. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refundable.
5. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
6. We will charge Reshipping fee , If it is not defective one.
7. Return Condition: All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) all instruction menu, parts and paperwork .Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of returned ,state your requests for either a refund or exchange and RMA#. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
8. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not Lockchoice.com responsibility, but rather the carrier's. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier.
9. All of the back orders will be charged 30% of total payment as deposit. Balance will be charged after shipping. Deposit is not refundable.
10. All of free shipping items are not available to ship to Canada, APO, AE and FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and international addresses .

You must receive a (RMA#) before you return any goods to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box, Merchandise without a (RMA#) will be refused.
