We will ship it by Fedex Or UPS Ground , Which will take about 1-5 business
days to be delivered depending on destination address.
Shipping and Handling fee of Lock:

If damaged or defective, Please email us with item# at info@lockchoice.com immediately to
advise that the item was refused and will be returned to shipper. We will issue RMA#, the
RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box, Merchandise
without a (RMA) will be refused, RMA#s are valid for (10) days from date of issuance.
After testing We will then send a new one. Note: We are not responsible for any shipping
charges of merchandise returned to us. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in
original factory condition box and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and
manuals, the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we
will not accept COD returns.
